Hey I know I don't normally write entries here, and under other circumstances I wouldn't be. I can't find the damn screenshot on my wordpress that I wanted to upload here, but just know that normally when you hit 'share' on youtube, you'd get a popup and a selection of sites to share the video. 

One of these were Blogger, and that is why this method with saving the videos I wanted to save on Blogger, was so convenient and seemingly perfect.

BUT around the first of June, Youtube changed something around, and my adblocker didn't work, and it was super annoying. However around June 5th they caught up to whatever it was Youtube changed in their code, but now my share button doesn't work... no button work actually, I can't like or dislike either.

So I looked around for an extension, and let's just say it wasn't easy.

If you just google it, this is what you get... and well, this. And I automatically don't care when there's a 'pricing and plans' - come on there must be a free extension.

The other program that is being shopped around along with Shareaholic, is Blogger Helper, it's on the Chrome extension store, and it just gives you this, I mean even adding an url in the box, and hit the button (that's all you CAN do btw), just reloads the page and it looks like this again.

So that was a dud.

Then I found 'AddToAny' and well it looks both great and dodgy, but oh well.. let's try it. Because if I have to add the videos manually, the 'smart' part is sorta gone. So you can try this extension yourself if you have chrome, you can find it here - just know I haven't tried it, but the test I did looked perfect.

It did not work like I had hoped, it opens in Blogger alright, but it posts a link. Not a video.

Here you can see the link, and I don't know where that 39 is from, perhaps it's the 39th post on this blog? I don't know man. But what I did was use the built in video option in Blogger to leave the video. It always makes them oddly small, so you gotta drag the corners to enlarge it, and you have no idea when the right size is met. 

STILL it's better than having to open blogger manually, so I think this just have to be my method until my damn share button works again.
